This blog stated out as a way for my friends to follow The Pink Flamingo houseboat and us in our move from Fox Lake, Illionois to Apache Junction (Phoenix), Arizona.

It’s has since morphed into being a home for my memories for a future me .  A place to store some experiences, thoughts, and unique toys I’ve had the pleasure to enjoy through the years and hopefully pass on for others to enjoy.

A place where my little grains of sand might help make a bigger beach.  A place where if nothing else by writing it down my grains of sand may never get washed out to sea to never be remembered again.

A place where it’s worth the time to write them down and share them if it causes just one person to find their fight or share their donut.

A place where if nothing else the act of writing brings me tears of joy remembering the wonderful people who have helped me create these ramblings and learn these lesssons through the years.
